Osel's Mission

Osel’s mission is to harness the therapeutic properties of non-pathogenic bacteria as the basis for a series of innovative products targeted for the prevention and treatment of diseases of the genitourinary and gastrointestinal tracts, initially to service the U.S. and European marketplaces. Due to the relatively short clinical trial duration, Osel expects to expedite bringing its candidate products to a potential market of some $10 billion. Osel is also developing second generation bacterial products that have been genetically enhanced to improve their disease fighting capabilities.
